Is the women's game in a bit of a tricky point at the moment where progress is almost could almost be negative, if that makes sense, where in terms of an international game, how how will the game keep a competitive balance if you have three teams who are just going to have the facilities and the money to provide their players with things that the rest of the world can't?

Yeah, I think when you have unevenness in development in anything, that's when problems come in.

This isn't unique to women's cricket.

This is in men's cricket as well.

When you talk about Hayley Matthews and that press conference with Hayley Matthews was one of the most articulate press conferences I've ever heard anyone give to tread a line so finely between not moaning or making excuses that you've just lost to Australia, but setting out the facts very, very clearly that it is unfair and it is a disparity.

And someone who like Hayley Matthews is such an incredible player who has to make her peace with the fact that as West Indies, they will always be underdogs and they will always be fighting and scrapping for every last point they can get.
