... situations, these impossible questions, and you, um, you know, you just have to rely on your history and your experience and what others are doing, um, to figure out the best course forward, um, in a lot of different ways.

Katy QuinnGUEST

Katy QuinnGUEST
Um, I work with, you know, certainly our facilities leaders, but infection prevention, security, um, our workplace violence program manager, um, and those are just within the walls of my, um, system.

Katy QuinnGUEST
But I also get to collaborate with my, you know, cur- co-emergency managers in the other health systems in the area, EMS, county emergency management.

Katy QuinnGUEST
Um, and so I, I just enjoy that part, you know, the, the teamwork and kind of problem solving in these really impossible situations that we're faced with.
