The Spark: Katy Ennis-Hargreaves on croc hatred, accidental shoplifting and Vivienne Westwood
8:33
The smallest one is, and this is gonna sound really basic, but my brain tends to go in many different directions at once, and no two days are my same, so I can't actually have a very good structure or routine.
8:47
So I had a business coach for a while who was like, "You know, we'll develop these on and off days for you, and we'll, Wednesdays will be this kind of day, and Thursdays will be this kind of day." And it just doesn't work for me.

Um, so I've kind of always grown up with a little bit of, um, a bit, a, a little bit of that disapproval.
7:57
I'm an n- I'm also an only child, so, um, I think as well, if you don't necessarily have siblings to be compared against, you don't really have any marker of how outrageous something is to how calm you are, so there's no real measure of it.
8:13
Um, but I think, I think in terms of work, I definitely sort of tempered who I was maybe to a degree going up through agencies, because you learn you have to fit in, and also there's such a competitive edge to being in agency.
8:28

8:35
So I think definitely the part of it was, the biggest lesson was going on my own and going independent and setting up separately, and there was a huge part of imposter at the beginning of that because there was very much a tick box kind of format I thought I had to go to.
