Kevin FongHOST
If you're talking to me as a potential applicant, would you encourage me to use AI to create my CV, discourage me, or what?

Katrina CollierGUEST
There's a lot of evidence coming to the surface that the current applicant tracking systems that companies use, so the large language models, prefer resumes and CVs that have been written with large language models.

Katrina CollierGUEST
This is all coming to light in the recent months and it's kind of concerning.

Katrina CollierGUEST
So it should give job seekers an advantage to one, show that you can use it because they're going to need to know how to use it.

Katrina CollierGUEST
But if I'm honest, I think that most recruiters will actually look at the application and not rely on the technology.

Katrina CollierGUEST
So you could show that you're capable of using it, but the problem is they're ending up with all of these resumes that look the same.

Katrina CollierGUEST
And these poor recruiters are getting inundated with all of these applications that look the same.
