This is a different conversation than somebody that is very, very seasoned, liquid cash, can hold through a couple of rate rises, we've got solid employment, all of these things.

Th- there is a bigger picture conversation about somebody's life than the choice that they're making on one asset.

This is gonna bleed into the rest of your life, so let's talk about what your life is gonna look like instead of the asset, and then reverse engineer it back to the asset.

Now, if that person can come to me with all the confidence that all of that is fine, they're a first-time investor, but they've done their due diligence on this, they've got a good team, the good team part is crucial.

That is key to it, I think.
