Katie PulsiferGUEST
Well, I think not too dissimilar from my experience, and this is what a lot of my clients bring forth, not immediately.

Katie PulsiferGUEST
So that's what I'm always listening for is like, what's not being said? How is their posture or how is their silence actually telling me so much? But usually it's a sense of longing, a sense of unmet expectations, or even a sense of like, what they're saying all the right words, but the words aren't connected to like, even their own true sense of what they want.

Katie PulsiferGUEST
You can you can just sense that because I mean, especially with one on one coaching, I am just like in the zone watching every little movement, listening for tone change and body language shifts and things like that.

Katie PulsiferGUEST
So There's often a sense that, well, am I even allowed to tell the truth? Am I allowed to be honest? Am I allowed to name my discontent? What will they think? How will I be judged? Um, so trying to, and no woman needs permission to ever tell the truth.
