Yeah, I think too, even there's a lot of homeowners that are trying to get to a place of let's rebuild what we had, but they're also, I think, working to add new things that they think will improve their lives and lifestyles.

How do we... design that to make that function, but also make it still feel like their home that was lost.

So I think a lot of homeowners that really want to, I think, make structures that are more resilient are also, I think, looking at, like, can we actually, like, what level do we want to achieve? Can we spend a lot of money on the structure, or do we want to invest more on how it may appear on the inside? So I think that's kind of been a struggle, at least projects I'm working on.

So maybe we should say, well, what are you giving up? What's the most important function features of that? But if it's just the wow factor, a lot of them are just like, nah, I don't need it.
