The Medicare agents that are listening to this, what should they be going through to make sure that they are ready for AEP?

It's super exciting to be on here and an honor.

And yes, you know, so many AEPs, so many fourth quarters.

I've actually had 23 fourth quarters in the insurance business.

Wow.

seven of them with medicare and the first four or five weren't that great i wrote people but i got sick i got an eye twitch i missed important family gatherings i didn't even start preparing for christmas until you know a few days before christmas because i was so overwhelmed so burned out i even considered just quitting insurance altogether quite a few different fourth quarters So then I decided, you know what, there has to be a better way.

I think having a CRM is a critical piece for a successful AEP.
