Yeah, how much time you got? Yeah, so I guess to start really big picture global, as we age, men or women, there is a natural decline in muscle mass as we get older.

Katie HirschGUEST
So typically muscle mass or the total amount of muscle that we have peaks somewhere at around the age of 30.

Katie HirschGUEST
And then it slowly declines through those mid years, maybe like two to three percent, if I kind of remember right.

Katie HirschGUEST
And obviously, the rate of that decline highly dependent on how active we are, what type of exercise we're doing, our diet, lots of factors there.

Katie HirschGUEST
But then what we see in women as we start to approach menopause, So in those years leading up to that, maybe starting in the early to mid 40s, accelerating as we get closer and closer to that final menstrual period, sometimes we'll see that rate of loss decline a little bit quicker.
