Katie GaleGUEST
So lots of the organisations I coach with are supporting menopause however there's a lot of nervousness about taking it up it being in their calendar that they're having some coaching i think still that feeling that being coaching is because you're not coping um so those women are saying many of them are saying i'm not quite sure whether i can stay or go and if i go i don't know what i'm going to do and for many of them they suddenly start joining up the dots that many of the things that they've been struggling with over the last couple of years had been early perimenopausal symptoms.

Katie GaleGUEST
So whether that's not sleeping so well, waking up at 3am, that's then causing the anxiety, the overthinking, the ruminating, perhaps over a previous conversation.

Katie GaleGUEST
Then their fatigue the following morning then causes them to be nervous and lacking in confidence.

Katie GaleGUEST
Those are the ones that we should be talking to women about and helping them get help sooner rather than when they're thinking about leaving.

Harriet MinterHOST
Katie, from your perspective, with the women that you've worked with and the organisations and your own experience, What do women really need to be able to have this period of life as something that they can still have their career through and that they can still thrive through?
