think

I think there's some momentum I think for anyone who recently attended like the downtown Raleigh Alliance state of downtown they have a lot of cool things planned there's definitely a lot of growth I think we all feel that if you live anywhere near downtown you see it's getting torn up right now for new infrastructure We're getting a new transit system in the next, you know, between now and over the next 10 years, which is going to be huge for the area.

So, yeah, I think that that you'll see all of that expand, all of that growth, lots of rezoning to do things like build out ironworks and connect greenways and bring people all around.

Convention

cool.

The event is kicking off their month of giving, which is really cool because they'll have a lot of other stuff going on in November.

It will be their first big event, which is exciting to partner with them on that.

Then we're also going to have an online raffle that we haven't yet opened yet.
