Do you think looking at the consultation even as it stands now, PCNs now need to really think about incorporation? There's an interesting line in the documentation that says, "There's no requirement for practices to form separate legal entities if they don't wish to do so." Like, almost trying to play it down, and it, it feels a bit like they're trying to say, "Look, if you wanna get an SMP contract, we'll let you have one." But what's your sense on that?

Having done this with PCNs for quite a long time now, there is no silver bullet.

There is no perfect solution.

You might have an area where you have really strong governance processes.

You may say, "Well, that's okay.

We'll hold the contract.

We'll subcontract everything to the federation in terms of operations." And that might work really well for you.

Do you think it's like if there is any opportunity, it exists in MNPs being successful in coordinating this shift of activity, and that could potentially get down to PCN and practice level?
