Do you think looking at the consultation even as it stands now, PCNs now need to really think about incorporation? There's an interesting line in the documentation that says, "There's no requirement for practices to form separate legal entities if they don't wish to do so." Like, almost trying to play it down, and it, it feels a bit like they're trying to say, "Look, if you wanna get an SMP contract, we'll let you have one." But what's your sense on that?
