Can you just give us a bit more of an insight into the journey of your career from that perspective?

I have mentioned I wasn't a good student.

Look, if we could turn time back, I would try harder.

But there is always a way and passion will change.

get you where you want to be if you're serious about it.

So I guess the question is how have you – found a way or navigated the position of being yourself and bringing your heart and who you are to your job, whilst also maintaining, I guess, the professional elements that require you to deliver information, but still do that with the heart, you know, and with care and compassion for others.
