How do you balance being on active and working every day or, you know, six, five or six, seven days while still protecting your own energy and your mental well-being?

I mean, much like Attorney General Sunday, you know, I think we come at this maybe from a different place, but we come at this from our experiences.

But I grew up in a city that had a very high homicide rate, um, and we were known for that.

And I grew up in a pretty poor neighborhood, um, and I was going down the wrong path.

[laughs] So I think maybe we share some of this in common, which is why we're s- we feel so strongly about reentry and second chances now.

Um, but when I decided to run, I had done a lot of work with the reentry program in Wilmington that was very successful.
