Um, once you become exceeds expectations in one year, does your expectations with your manager change, and is it always a fight to, to, like the ba- bar gets higher and higher to get exceeds expectations the next year?
10:58
Well, it shouldn't, but I'll tell you, there are...
11:01
Each company has a different way of how they rank you, for example, and sometimes there are, um, limits on you can only have X number of exceeds expectations, for example.
11:14
So you kind of have to keep that in mind.
11:16
Um, you should be working towards the best that you can do and the best that's for your position, your territory, your physicians and patients.
11:28
And so that's really at the core of what we do.
11:31
That being said, no, there shouldn't be a different standard, right? And then if you feel like midway through the year you're not where you are tracking to be exceeds expectations, you can always ask.
14:03
Any advice for those people on how to break into industry and how to break into the MSL world?

Kathleen Frezza, Tiffany's college roommate.
6:34
She loved her mom, and they, they had a very special relationship.
6:36
She spoke with her frequently, almost daily I would say, on the phone.
6:41
With her dad, because she was able to renew that relationship with him, that was really, um, very touching for her.

In fact, Kathleen has never forgotten one of the last conversations she had with Tiffany just before she went out for that final walk.
7:16
Before she walked out, Tiffany said, "I'm gonna take off my jewelry." She said, "I'm keeping my watch on.
7:23
If somebody comes after me, they're gonna have to fight me for the watch."
