I feel like it just really depends on... your business and the model but I think a lot of it comes down to the individual who's doing the training and being patient and explaining things really like I think back to like teachers I've had I'm not very good at math and I remember struggling in one algebra class and not another and it was because one teacher struggled to break things down to the very very basics and the other one explained everything to the point where it was like okay yeah I know what that is You don't need to tell me that again.
