So the little thought, well, what if I tried to teach online? You know, it was a question.

Katherine SeiferGUEST
But through that, then that's how I ended up starting my virtual piano business.

Katherine SeiferGUEST
And I have a fully online piano studio right now teaching youth and adults online.

Katherine SeiferGUEST
all online it's still online six years later because that's what works best for me and my family and my children i can create a life around me being able to get the kids on to the bus being home for them not needing child care because they're in the house with me i'm not renting space someplace else and losing that income i'm not away from the house no one's coming in and out of my house for per in-person lessons that's one example of something that came out of that journaling experience and it was then those just beginning to trust that my voice was okay like it was phrased as what if and then i explored i mean to some extent i had no choice you know i had to find a way friends and people that believed in me often before i believed in myself And they'd give me little drops of wisdom that I clung to.

Katherine SeiferGUEST
Slowly, that became a career, just following one idea after another idea and letting myself experiment with the idea first and then finding those avenues that I could make those things happen.
