How was that for you when you became a mum? What was that like?

Yeah, it was.

It's obviously the best thing I've ever done.

It's the hardest job I've ever done.

And I think will continue to be the hardest job that I'll ever have.

But I have my children quite late.

So I was I had my son at 36 and my daughter at 39.

What's your journey been like overall? with your wellness and hormones in your sort of 40s and now early 50s and how have you managed that?
