Tell us a little bit more about what those challenges look like.

Yeah.

So I was thinking about this with a lot of my construction clients and the way AI implementation is really working within organizations right now.

And especially with construction, it's so interesting because you've got kind of your office staff and people that are more like high-level AI adopters, and you've got your field staff who sometimes have a little more suspicion about implementation of technology and kind of feel like, It's this big brother is watching kind of situation.

And how holistically as an organization do you address that? And one of the things I was mentioning to you before we came live was also the interesting piece about AI adoption is high AI adopters, I think, are already feeling this AI fatigue and suspicion.

Like when I get an email, you may feel this way too.

I'm like, okay, did somebody actually write this? Or did you just like stick this in a GPT bot? And do I have to take the time to look at all of this stuff and respond to it meaningfully like a real human? Or do I just like toss it into GPT and have my bot talk to your bot basically? And so I think there's that interesting striation that's happening with high AI adopters who are often in the office environment versus people that are in the field and this kind of ongoing evolution we're in in the construction industry in terms of marrying those two things.
