So can you talk us through your experience within this role and how it evolved over the almost 10 years that you were there?

Yeah, it was such a different, where it was when I started, it was port-a-cabins in the goals football and we had our lunches in the bar.

So my question really is based around how does healthy eating and nutrition change as the kids get older, specifically when they advance from, you know, foundation phase, so up to maybe under 11s or 12s, into the youth development phase, start to progress through their teenage years? How does the support and advice that you provide differ throughout that pathway?

So this is where the Cocoa Pops aren't the great idea because you want the whole grain, you want the slow release because it's got to then fuel them throughout that morning until they get to break time.

If they're having the Cocoa Pops, it'll probably fuel them until they get into the classroom and then they're crashing.

So you're sort of more like if it's cereals, more like your sort of shreddies or Weetabix.

But ideally, you want a source of protein there because that kind of keeps them fuller for longer.
