Mm-hmm.

You're, you're gonna hear me talk to you that way, um, through social media and, or through my business.

Through text, through email.

Whatever I do, it's like, if I saw you in person, would I talk like that? [laughs] And if it's a no, you will probably not see it in a message from me.

Um, and so those little bite-sized pieces, if you had content one, customer, you know, relations or, um, interactions, and then follow up for my third coffee break, I really did the base workload in 45 minutes.

And so do you have any kind of, like, programs that you use? Any, like, systems? Like, how do you keep it all straight? 'Cause I would imagine that you have not only a substantial customer base at this point, but a large team, and probably a large, like, "I'd love you to be part of my customer base or team list."

Yeah, for sure.

Um, so I do have a couple different ways that I communicate, and I think there's no rhyme... like, right or wrong way to communicate.

And if anybody out there listening has, like, oh, every day I get up at 5, like, way to go.

That's awesome.

But as I've gotten older, and, I mean, I'm 41 now, so my 30s looked way out of balance.

Like, I will be honest, my 30s, I look back and, like, oh, like, Kate, you gave so much to everyone else but yourself.

And now I have to look at, okay, my 40 is, like, is a gift because soon enough I'm going to be in my 50s.

And I don't want to look back and be, like, wow, you wasted your 30s.
