The blog slowly caught on, and as its reach grew larger and larger, it wasn't long before I was crossing paths with interior designers, some of whom started asking me to photograph their projects.

It was amazing.

And then, in that extremely uneventful year of 2020, I was forced to stop.

Stop everything.

And, like a lot of people at the time, I had an opportunity to pause and consider how the rest of my working life could look.

I had a decision to make.

So I'm already gonna guess where this is gonna go as far as I ask you from 10 years, how, how has the drinking of the consumer changed since you were bartending in Savannah to today? And I want to lead that right into what we're here to talk about, which is hemp beverages and how that category in the past couple years has really also changed the way the consumer drinks and, and enjoys themselves out in public.

Yeah, definitely.

So when I was in Savannah, I went from craft cocktails, and actually, like, bars in Savannah close at 3:00 in the morning.

So I wasn't getting home until like 5:00 to 6:00 in the morning some nights.

[laughs] And then I had a baby at home, and my husband would go to work, and I was like, "These hours are not sustainable." So actually, after a really long time, I was like, "I want to see all sides of the service industry." So I switched, and I worked at like the diviest bar.

Like, they still allowed smoking inside.

It was super beer heavy.

Oh, yeah.
