But Kate, from your perspective as a dietitian, what excites you about having a product like Body V available?
26:12
Yeah, I think, look, when we talk about metabolic health, people sort of don't really completely understand.
26:18
Like if someone says, I've got great metabolic health and I've got poor metabolic health, It's how you process the fuel that you eat.
26:23
So of your meal, your steak, vegetables, potato, how your body actually processes the protein, the carbohydrate, the fibers, et cetera.
26:31
With effective metabolic health, it breaks things down, moves things into cells, use things as fuel, et cetera, properly.
26:38
If there's a bit of a breakdown, and it could be for so many different reasons, there's just, you know, the sugars might go too high, your body's not processing things properly, you feel a bit sluggish, you feel a bit tired, you then reach for more, you know, inappropriate sort of foods.
26:52
So there's something called Syndrome X and doctors kind of send me referrals with people that, and they say, look, this person's metabolic health is poor because they've got high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar levels.

For anyone who is feeling a little bit stuck in that cycle of fatigue, cravings, low energy, constant hunger, what's the most important first step you would encourage them to focus on?
MillieHOST

Yeah
2:07
... have always traditionally been just cast aside.
2:09
And I know when I speak some, to some of my, even my more mature sort of friends, colleagues, et cetera, who've gone through all those stages, including what I'm going through now, which is menopause, many of them say, "Oh, look, we were just told to just struggle on." And so now I think, you know, it's actually good to have, you know, uh, PMT, postnatal depression-

[laughs]
5:25
Lucky us, exactly.
5:26
With menopause, which is one day, which basically sort of one day with 12 months without having a period, that's the end of this sort of high estrogen level.
5:34
So they start to drop, and with that comes changes in, in being able to modulate your temperature.
5:39
You, we have sleep disturbances, we have muscle wasting, we have collagen, um, drop.
