And because Lucy is the creative brain in the business, so she's an amazing grower, growing expert, also takes our stunning photography that people can see on our Instagram and website, but she's not the sort of business end as such.

That's very much my territory.

And so we've worked with one of our artisan growers in Japan to bring two brand-new varieties to the UK.

One's called Hot Stuff, and one's called Cool Beans.

And y- the names kind of give it away, don't they? But the, you know, Cool Beans is perhaps a bit more traditional and is absolutely, uh, cold tolerant and delicious as well until really late as well.

Yeah.

Um, um, because they are true to type.

They're open pollinated.

They are as n- nature intended.
