Um, what do you think, though, what barriers do still exist?
5:03
I think there's a few things.
5:04
So, um, you know, COVID made great strides forward in terms of access and flexibility, and I think, you know, the reality is in society, um, women do typically still bear the brunt of kind of, um, parental responsibilities.
5:21
And as leaders, you know, we are, it's our duty to ensure that we remove those barriers.
5:27
So things like flexible working.
5:29
When I say flexible working, I don't mean working less or working part-time.
5:33
I mean kind of allowing people to work when and where works best for them.

11:03
... how it ties in with what you're doing, um, on the governance front, um, what, what are you seeing that, that businesses are, are still getting wrong on, on that side of things?
35:15
I'm, I'm sure you've got lots of people who are coming along now with their kids, 'cause it's a real family-friendly event.
35:20
Absolutely.
35:21
I think we've actually got a young couple that have traveled...
35:24
Uh, when I say young, 10 years ago.
35:26
They've come over from Port Lincoln every year, um, and started bringing their kids, and now their kids are older.
35:32
Um, so yeah, it's been beautiful to kind of watch people come and support us for so long, and grow their families, and, um, you know, bring friends of friends of friends.
35:41
So it does, it does still feel like an extension of the family, and we hope that people, people do feel that too when they come along.
37:34
[laughs]
