I mean, uh, they're a legal operating business, so they can take advantage of childcare assistance.

And then also just raising the awareness to, um- The philanthropy community and the business community about, um, this work.

Because I would imagine most of the operators of a lot of the places these workers are working do not realize there's a whole group of primarily women, um, taking care of their kids when the workers are working.
