And so I, I really do consider my job a- as bringing together the absolute best people and creating an environment where they can feel free to be their best selves and to play and to feel safe.

Um, you know, I always say about a film like this, a rom-com, you cannot direct chemistry, right? We were very lucky to get two actors who have chemistry together and who play off each other really well.

And so then my job becomes setting the table so that they can feel comfortable playing with each other.

How did you fan the flames?

And we also wanted to make it funny.

And that's something that like, you know, Will and I would be on set.
