And I, and I will say, like, you know, especially if anyone's listening, I mean, eh, I would say, like, I had two polar opposites preg- two polar opposite pregnancies, one where I was so active during it, and the second one I was blindsided by extreme high risk, uh, where, um, from day one, I was on restrictions.
46:28
I was not able to work out.
46:29
I was, I was bedridden the entire pregnancy until, um, the emergency C-section at 32 weeks.
46:36
And then, um, there was a ton of things after that, and then having a premature baby.
46:42
And so it's like, um, you know, y- there are things you can do when pregnant, um, but also, yeah, stay active during it.

15:40
Yeah.
15:41

15:43
And it is one that I was actually going into the FKT really fully launching that training plan.
15:48
I will say like the specific training plan, one of my goals was to come out the other end, not burnt out.
15:55
And with that kind of going from reverse and I'll dive into some details.
15:59
I told my coach when I finish the FKT, whatever that attempt looked like, I was like, whether I, depending on how it went, I was like, Hopefully I'm successful.
