Yeah, and, uh, it's really been the best combination of we both still have full-time jobs outside of this, but we have a passion for delivering good food to people.

So this has been the best mix of both.

I mean, were you nervous last year? I know you just jumped in there, but I'm just thinking about all the buttermilk biscuit makers out there.

I love the home chefs competition, um, at the state fair.

It's, like, the best.
