Karishma, can you speak to data and how you think about it?

So for data, again, I kind of, I'm, Systems thinking may be, I feel like it's misunderstood sometimes as the nitty gritty, right? From my perspective, and I can only speak for myself, is that I'm also a big picture thinker.

So I'm always looking at, I'm not building for the capacity that we are now.

I'm building for the capacity when we have 100x what we have to manage right now.

And so, yes, at this point, a WhatsApp is faster, as you said.

You know, bypassing what we have might be faster and just kind of documentation might be a little bit annoying.

But I'm like, if we don't get into the habit of the things that we can manage now, then everything is going to crumble.
