Well, Heideway was founded in 06 by my husband and I, and my husband, Michael Gundersen was the first winemaker in Denmark to sort of like make wine and have an international wine prize in that was in 1989 in La Mora in Barolo it's very Italian they make they they were pronouncing the winemaker of the world once in a while they would make that to a person who makes a very good or extraordinary wine and so Michael was elected for that with a gold medal and two bottles of Bolero from every producer and that made sort of like a People noticed that in Denmark.

Wow, we have a winemaker who is actually having a price in Italy.

And so Michael was running Dansk Green Center, who is now called Norlund Vingård in Avedør.
12:07
And so we decided we need a place of our own, and we need to find the best spot in Denmark, possibly, for making wine.
12:16
So we went around Sjælland, Sjællandsåde, and as I come from Lolland, and I was working as a green guide in Copenhagen back then, and I was writing an article about the day of the apple on Færø in the autumn.

So how do you think, because you talk to the consumer also and the customers, how do you think does that help to change the perspective people have on Danish wine? Because that is still a problem we have in Denmark, right? As soon as they tasted a bad Danish wine or a boring Danish wine or like an old style Danish wine, people are often burned for life and say Danish wine is undrinkable.
