This is just our dashboard that we have, and we have a lot of other tabs on these dashboards, but this is the one about exit interviews.

And, you know, we said that we had 135 people leave this quarter and we only got 25 exit interviews coming in on that.

So the first big orange pie has changed color.

And it appears that almost everybody that did an exit interview was fired.

Those are all involuntary separations in that orange.
