Or were you like, I want to be a marine biologist?

Well, it was definitely a journey.

That's for sure.

But like everyone, I can look back and see these stories emerging in myself.

So how it all began, how it all began is that like a lot of people, I tried to do everything right, get the good grades and get the internships and the scholarships and Land my dream job.

And I did that out of college.

I was a management consultant with a big four firm.

So share a little bit more about how you bring to life that thing that somebody, that leader is holding within them.

Yeah.

So my process is very conversational, but it's not necessarily unstructured.

But where we begin is with their stories of times in their work or even in their life when they felt fully alive, doing what they do best, and feeling like they're really making a difference in the world.

And through gathering and looking at those stories, I'm listening for patterns and gaps and misalignment and finding that through line in how these experiences, their passions, their unique genius, and the difference they want to make in the world, how that hangs together in a coherent structure.

And what I've found is that a lot of times people are so close to what they do and what they've built that they can't tell what's essential and what's noise, what's actually valuable.

So we work together and structure what already exists in their heads and in their work so that it does become useful.
