And it's like it'd be interesting to know how, yeah, how you deal with that because, yeah, to make them feel comfortable.

Well.

I guess when we only had, we probably started with about a quarter of his portfolio and we tried very hard to woo him over.

And I think at the end of the day, we knew who his other properties were with, and it was just about mathematics.

So if we did a big spreadsheet, we showed him how much we would have rented that property for.

And I think there was a difference of $50,000 in the rent.

So at that point in time, he eventually gave us his entire portfolio.
