And from, from a very young age, when did you start boxing?
41:59
Around the age of 13 or 14, I found boxing.
42:02
Prior to that, I did, uh, I played softball, played basketball.
42:06
I'm one of five kids.
42:08
I'm the youngest girl.
42:09
I always tried to do what my big brothers did, but nobody, nobody in my family boxed.
42:13
It was kinda, you know, growing up, I wanted to be the Karate Kid.

Your career, I think, Kayleigh, there's a film in your career, isn't there? Just give us an insight into your career, fighting around the world from New Zealand to Bermuda to Germany, the highs and the lows of your sport.
6:46
Yeah, I mean, I've had such an interesting career, and it's not, you know, your typical start off with a manager, start off with a promoter.
6:55
You know, I go here, you know, 1-0, 2-0.
6:57
I started off, you know, locally like a lot of fighters, male or female, in the game, especially where women's boxing was in 2008.
7:06
You know, the promoters weren't putting women's fights on.
7:10
It was more of a novelty still at that point.
7:11
It was kind of like in a weird limbo.
11:56
What do you think it is?
85:22
Could any of this have happened without boxing in your life?
85:24
Absolutely not.
85:25
I mean, I give everything to boxing.
85:27
Boxing found me at a point of my, you know, adolescence when I really needed something different.
85:31
You know, coming from a sport background.
85:33
Coming from a very artistic, musically inclined family, I played team sports, but there was a lot of things that were going on that boxing kind of saved me from.
85:42
It was the first time I had something that I would only pay attention to that one thing.

22:09
But it's also like, you know, you have to be an artist.
22:11
You have to, you know, you have to be really calm.
22:13
You have to prepare.
22:15
Um, so you ...
22:16
But there are people who build characters, big charismatic, um, entertainment.
22:20
You know, all that build up is really good for, for when people tune in.
22:32
I mean, was there ever a moment when you started acting where you were like, uh, you were completely at sea, and you were like, "You mean, they, they want me to say these words as if I'm thinking of them now?" I mean, you know what I mean?
