Mark MastertonHOST
Caleb, what do you think are the biggest challenges young farmers are facing right now and how can the industry better support them, do you think?

Caleb CooperGUEST
I think the biggest challenges young farmers are probably facing is sitting there going, is there a future in farming? And I think that's what they all sit there going, is there actually a future? And if anyone says that to me and asks me, Caleb, is there a future in farming? I'm going to say, yes, of course there is.
5 MINS LATER

Mark MastertonHOST
Would you have a piece of advice for a young farmer out there who's come to today's talk about getting into farming? What would be your biggest piece of advice for them?

incredible because that's the one thing I was going to ask you, that when you're out on tour, do you miss the farming side? Because when you watch the programme, you have this passion about agriculture and about farming.

Kaleb CooperGUEST
Yeah, I think I have so much passion for it because I think it saved me as a person.

Kaleb CooperGUEST
And what I mean by that is at age 12, my mum and dad went through a really tricky divorce and I was a little bit lost as a 12-year-old and I found farming and it meant I could go out there and help mum pay electric bills.

Kaleb CooperGUEST
And I could, I could step up and become what I say with the man of the houses.

Kaleb CooperGUEST
And I think that's why I'm so grateful for farming because it actually saved me.

Kaleb CooperGUEST
So of course, when I'm on tour, the good thing is I go on Instagram and say, I'm in this area.

And is that, would you still class your work on the farm? Is that still your full-time job?
