So while it's not this big T trauma that happened, you're still living out these messages in your own parenthood that comes in.

And so these messages are inputs when we start motherhood, and those messages, if you don't look at them, if you just stay zoomed in, those messages keep going, and that's where we get into generational trauma.

That happens so quickly is because we are zoomed in and we don't take a moment to zoom out, going, "But does this really help our family? Is this really what we want to pass down, or do we wanna edit or delete it?" So that is one form of input that comes in.

Now, if we don't stop to look at that and we just keep going, we're now getting all of these other inputs happening to us.

Google, I can't tell you how many Google spirals I have gone down, so it is normal, right, to get all of these inputs that are coming from all these different directions.

But pile that on top of the family messages that you're getting, and it's input that our brains are not designed to hold.
