... you're not capable.

That just means you're learning the things that you need to learn that are gonna serve you in the future.

So I'm like, I'm a huge advocate of community, and it's why I started my podcast, Empower Her, at the end of 2018, was because I was really unsure of what I wanted to do next.

This is before the real estate investing and agent journey.

And I was like, maybe I'll just build community of other people that are just trying to figure it out, but we're really growth-minded, and we'll do it together, and then I'll create containers.

And it turned into 500-person events and retreats and all this speaking, and all sorts of stuff, and helping lots of podcasters along the way during that journey.
