have I would have tried even harder but it wasn't even so much of like the pay of what I was getting I'm just what kind of external factors do you feel as if businesses could actually offer to these individuals at this moment

in time I think a big thing as well is a lot of the younger people want to be social media influencers and everything in between so if I had a company and I was running it what I would introduce is possibly saying if you get so you get your employee satisfaction surveys for example so if you're serving somebody they get to do a satisfaction survey on you if you got x amount green for x amount of time you then can do the social media for a week so it then becomes a bit of a competition also becomes a bit of a competition as well so it's a healthy competition because if there's other ones that want to do that they're not just getting it because they want to do it they're having to work for it so they're doing it by providing good customer service that's going to give you the business as well and get you a good reputation but also they're going to get something out of it as well so you could say to them for example you and you can run the TikTok for a week or you could run the Instagram or the Facebook or whatever and it's just really getting them motivated for things that they want to do because if you're allowing them to do that as well it's a bit of trust it's a bit of flexibility they've got a bit of free reign and some of them get a bit of enjoyment out of that now I'm not saying everybody that would work with but if I personally had that kind of age group of people that's what I would be introducing and I think it's just showing them that it's something to work for not just for their age and not just to show up and do the bare minimum

it's not a fellow member of staff if it's somebody externally coming in a change of voice a change of approach that's really just focusing on you it can open up unlock a door it can unlock a thought process where it's not feeling as if they're under pressure and you can maybe get a different response is that fair? That is
J

definitely fair and also with my coaching sessions I do it's a one hour session we do usually four or five for each person in various different workplaces and the very first thing that I'll ask when I come on is how's your confidence in your work now from one to ten and the majority of them are one or two and some people have been burst out crying when you've come on to the floor Because it's just so pressurised and I'm like, right, first of all, take a minute.

I say to them straight away, I say, I'm not looking at your stats, I'm not looking at your times, I'm not interested in what you're doing.

If you've been sitting all day and not doing your work, I'm not going to go and report that back to your manager.
