Yeah, so what I found was when people were walking around, they were looking at just, you get like distracted by the features and the nice things in the homes and obviously the sales people and all that sort of stuff.

But you never really got the information that you needed to make a decision.

When you are essentially a small homegrown company, how do you survive when people are looking at the building cost versus established and going, there's a lot of gap.
