Is there certain terrain that dictates whether you end up in a tree or end up on the ground?

No.

No, there's not so much.

now it's like you know i'm scouting and i am on the ground or i'm still hunting and i'm on the ground like that moving around and i say i you know i do that i jump a buck and and i find some of the sign in around his bedding area and i'll start to put the pieces together on whether i think you know maybe i can slide in there and try to catch him coming back into bed or or i see more sign you know and i think i got a better idea of what he's doing even i'll slide back in there with the a stand if that's and sometimes i don't even do you know i've killed a few of them like i've seen that and i'm like man this is kind of where i need to be it's almost too close to get in there and try to set a tree stand up just make myself a little ground blind or you know or whatever it be to take a few sticks and whatnot and kind of set it up and just kind of use that as like a little hide you know and slide in there and you don't make any noise man slip right into that spot and uh had some success doing that um i just think it's you know i mean it's how we used to hunt right like our our forefathers that's how they hunted and uh i think we've just gotten away from that you know everything is is geared you know now i mean guys are geared nuts and myself included like i love gear i love you know i'm a saddle guy now and um i say that i'm a saddle guy i like a hybrid style uh using a saddle with a you know with a hang on or whatever is kind of my favorite but uh i do both you know i i do i mean i killed several of my deer last year two of the three i did kill out of a stand but i still if i had my pick i'm gonna be on the ground

But, you know, walk us through your, your thought process after bumping up a mature buck.

Yeah, so a lot of times I've seen it enough now that, you know, if I feel like that deer didn't get my wind, and I kind of learned that, I will say, from listening to Andre DeQuisto talk about, like, you know, it's like if they didn't get my wind, you know, like he didn't worry as much about the animal being so spooked in there.

and i've heard him say you know he's seen several of them come back so the first time that ever happened to me though was all accidental i'll be honest it was uh i bumped this deer that i was looking for bumped him out of there and i knew the time frame that he came back because i literally i'd been after this year i texted my dad i said hey i just bumped that deer and i was in there and i was just basically looking for a tree to try to catch him coming back in.

So I'm like scouring that area, right? Like trying to find the sign where he was coming back in, how I was going to set up, how I was going to access and all that.

So do you know the wait times for diagnostics in the province as it pertains to MRIs, CTs and x-rays?

Well, it's super important that we understand that there is a division already existing in place between the private diagnostic services that have been operating in the province for decades and the public system.

Private testing operates separately from the system, so we can make sure through our contracts with these private providers that we're able to prioritize the publicly funded services.

And if we go to what Dr. Davis said yesterday during the announcement, the number of patients currently accessing these private services are only around the 10,000 mark.

And even with the existing changes that are proposed of the changes that we're making in this announcement, he comfortably predicts that it would be a quadrupling, which would see about 50,000 people in a system that provides over 7 million tests.

Um, I don't have that same love with players just in terms of I'm used to it just being players come and go too quickly, even if you really don't want them to leave.

Um, I'm just more thinking will he suit what we're doing now.

I just kinda got away from that.

So I usually hold onto that tag until after the rifle season goes out, and then I'll bow hunt with it.

It turns into a late season bow tag.

So I'd gotten pictures of this deer, um, killed that buck, uh, a f- I don't know.

I think I killed him in the beginning, right around the beginning of November, and, um, got pictures of this buck, and I really wasn't familiar at all with this deer.

Um, you know, in an, an area that I'm not super familiar with.
