A lot of this comes down to where Walmart was, I believe it was two years ago when they bought Vizio.

Justin RuizGUEST
And you're looking at a retailer getting involved with a TV manufacturer and potentially an ad network and then really taking that to the next level.

Justin RuizGUEST
And that was something that was always viewed by the industry as a really positive type of thing.

Justin RuizGUEST
A lot of concerns about whether or not Walmart would push somebody like Roku out of the picture and basically say, well, we only sell Vizios now.

Justin RuizGUEST
But that didn't happen, and Walmart's pretty... like agnostic to, you know, any of that kind of stuff.

And I'm going to ask you this because I know you're the numbers person, but are there any metrics that you really like to look at or that you're constantly checking to decide if something was successful or not, or if a day was successful or not?

Justin RuizGUEST
I think from a reporting standpoint, there's four or five reports that I like to look at frequently in terms of memberships, in terms of obviously profitability from labor versus open play and open hours, but also open play bookings, what I like to look at as well is just how many people could have benefited from a membership last month.

Justin RuizGUEST
Should that translate to a membership in terms of having that conversation to see if the membership makes sense? But I think it's a mixture of everything in terms of what we're selling, memberships, and then obviously just from a profitability standpoint, labor.

Justin RuizGUEST
We've made decisions in terms of opening hours and closing hours and stuff like that.

Justin RuizGUEST
based off like trends, even like Discovery School looking at like just potential open play trends versus Discovery School to see what that looks like.

Michelle CaruanaHOST
So for anyone, let's say for anyone thinking about doing this or anyone in the early stages, do you have any advice for them on how to make it work as husband and wife, not just as business partners?
