So for you guys, from now, what does success look like?

Yeah, it's, um...

I mean, we've sort of been pretty consistent on it, right? Yeah, we wanna get back into the Football League, but do so in a way that we feel like when we're there, we're looking up, not, "Okay, we're there, how do we stay up?" So sustainable success, yeah.

So we don't just wanna get up.

We wanna make sure that we build the academy and we have pathways.

We do a lot of stuff that sits around the football department.

I'm sure Oli will talk about it later, but yeah, Oli has come in to really modernize and change the whole football department, right? Um, a- and we've made some starts already in a short period of time.

That's, that's how we view it.

That's how we view it.

Could you walk us through the Ethnos 360 church planting methodology, specifically, um, in reaching the Pei people group?

Yeah.

So to begin with, Ethnos 360 endeavors to reach the unreached with, uh, a gospel of Jesus Christ so that we could see those people groups go on and thrive in a mature way, in a, in, in a mature church.

And so what's really neat about Ethnos 360 and their approach to church planting is that their desire for the church, the cross-cultural church planter to become as close as they can in, in language and in culture, that which would be able to reach the people group that they're going to, they've provided a, a, an awesome methodology that's largely rooted in God's word, and it's a thing that we anchor ourself to.

It's the thing that we cling to.

And what they've done is they've given us the opportunity to become equipped at several different phra- phases.
