It is not the highest and best use of my time to be closing every single deal.

The highest and best use of what my time, and what I think most business owner founders' time is, is we're the ones that's gonna do, figure out how we're steering the ship, how we're gonna bring in all the revenue, and where we're gonna be heading.

And so my advice is run it like a company.

Run it like a business re- regardless of how much you're doing.

You're gonna have to.

And if you're the person that's running it, you should be the rainmaker bringing the leads and then hiring out other use cases for lower dollar value activities.
