So is your family in the real estate game? Is this something that has been bred into you?

Look, I grew up with my grandparents, but especially my grandfather, my mother's father was in real estate for many, many years.

And I obviously, as a young, young man, used to look up to him, as I, of course, still do.

You used to see, you know, that generation of a sales rep would be in full suit, a tie.

Yes.

And, you know, being also, as myself, proud Italian background, you know, good leather shoes and, you know, you could hear him from a mile coming along.

And I looked up, yeah, I looked up to him, you know, and I said, oh, I love the public and the way I'd be around my grandfather, he'd speak to the public politely, respectfully.

How have you found this newfound sort of social media fame, you know, the success through social media?
