And then back to me this year with really low water, um, Um, what, uh, what did you expect? Had you spent any time kind of out there this summer pre-practicing or was this like, Hey man, I'm rolling in and going to see what happens.

Yeah.

So, so yeah, old, old school me, they used to have them in, uh, August and September.

Like the first one I won was in August.

So the fish were, you know, a lot more schooled up.

Um, the water obviously was super high.

We had a lot of coves, a lot of different things.

Like, I mean, from a weight perspective, why do you think that is?

Yeah

... and hopefully, uh, the line, you know, lines up for you.

And, you know, I did have, get lucky with a co-angler that, uh, on the second day did, I had one chase the chatter bait into the boat.

And, um, you know, I was fishing so shallow that, you know, I didn't have any grass on or anything like that, so it spook, didn't spook, you know.

And, uh, he just pitched a jig behind the boat and I told him, "Hey, there's a, there's a big one that just went underneath the boat, man." And he pitched his jig back there and he caught it.

And I thought it was a three, but it was a five when he caught it, so I was like, man, this...

I mean, that's, that's pretty lucky.

I know that A-Mart was big, was, was a big influence to you.
