And I think at the end of it, right, and, and for those of us that have... or for those of you that have heard myself or Mike speak on this, right, I mean, we view this as sort of the non-organic growth aspect, right? And, and non-organic growth is really triggered by not, uh, you- some of the detractors, right, would say, "Well, you're just growing for the sake of growing," right? And I think what we're really, what we really focus on, and I think what we see a lot of our clients focus on, is they're really growing in the name of member service, right? What other features, what other functions can we provide to our membership to kind of make that relationship stickier? And what you find, and, and this is kind of where the, you know, the CUSO to CUSO trading, if you will, is going on, is that there is a lot of discussion on buy versus build, right? A lot of these larger institutions are able, could they go out and start sort of their own insurance, you know, CUSO and, and build that out? Absolutely.

Justin GingerichGUEST
But another organization, or as we've seen the trend become a collection of organizations, have basically, you know, funded or founded some sort of CUSO, and they're looking to basically sort of trade that off.

Justin GingerichGUEST
That becomes sort of the, an opportunity or a springboard, right, for, you know, a, a larger institution to just say, "Look, let's just buy this in, in, in the name of member service and member stickiness," uh, versus, you know, having the investment, which at the end of the day is gonna be slower, probably more expensive, more rigorous from, you know, a regulatory perspective.

Justin GingerichGUEST
Let somebody else who's already gone through all the hassles of building and getting approval and, you know, the, the learning curve, those, you know, that, that tuition, right, is already paid.
