So would you mind kind of giving everyone a little bit of a background on you, and just maybe even growing up playing the game, things like that, like did you envision yourself one day becoming a coach? Is this like, "Man, I never in a million years would have ever thought I'd be where I am five years ago" type of a thing? Like give everyone a little bit of your background.

Yeah, for sure.

Uh, you know, baseball's kind of always been a love for me.

It's something I picked up on super early.

Like you can talk to my parents and stuff.

I was always the kid that, big Red Sox fan, grew up in Rhode Island around the time they broke the curse, and I'm in the backyard reciting the whole lineup from one to nine and reenacting certain moments in big-time games, and that's kind of who I've always been.

Baseball is kind of my first love, and it still is.
