Justin DeSandreGUEST
Uh, it's funny, if anybody ever does a deep dive on my LinkedIn, they'll see that I've, I've held positions, uh, very varied throughout my history.

Justin DeSandreGUEST
Uh, but from my end, personally, uh, I was a University of Georgia graduate, uh, came out of school, was targeting medical school originally, uh, and in the meantime, while going through the medical school application process, actually got a job as a personal lines underwriter, so would, would essentially be considered a referee for an insurance company, uh, and did that for just shy of two years.

Justin DeSandreGUEST
So I'd had some prior insurance experience before going into physical therapy.

Justin DeSandreGUEST
Uh, went to graduate school for physical therapy, got my doctorate in PT from the University of North Georgia, uh, practiced as a clinician for seven years, uh, varying roles, staff PT, clinic director, uh, eventually wound up in a touch of talent acquisition, uh, and so had some university relationships inside of that space.
