Yeah.

So I grew up with my mom being my best friend.

My dad always worked construction, and he was working there for 15, 16-hour days as long as I could remember, so he was never really present all the time, but my mom was.

So me and her, we'd go to school together.

She'd take me to school.

We cooked together, and we'd do all those things together.

What propelled you to put yourself online and be like, "This is my story"?

But what are the feelings that you go through to be that consistent?

It requires you to systematize everything, because if you don't have that, then you're right, you're gonna have such low energy days where it's almost impossible to get yourself up in front of a camera and filming a one-minute video on Instagram and TikTok.

So I've learned that batching works extremely well for me, but there's ways to systematize the entire process and workflow.

Now I utilize AI in many different ways in terms of the actual challenges.

So what's really cool is that I believe that there is a right way to use AI today, and I believe that there is a wrong way to utilize AI.

And I think a lot of people are using it in the wrong way of, "Can you help me generate an idea, Claude?" And just literally reading it word for word, and I don't think that's the right way to use it.

I think Claude is phenomenal, or AI in general, is phenomenal at poking holes in your blind spots that you might not see.
